What fabric do you use?

In HayaLoom ,All our garments are crafted using soft, breathable, 100% Pure cotton fabrics, chosen especially for young, sensitive skin. Our fabrics are lightweight, comfortable, and designed to allow easy movement throughout the day.
What sizes do you offer?


HayaLoom currently offers sizes for girls aged 3 to 12 years. Each product page includes detailed measurements to help you choose the best fit. We recommend referring to our Size Chart before placing an order for accurate sizing.
Are the clothes suitable for daily wear?


Yes. HayaLoom outfits are designed for everyday wear — whether it’s for playtime, school, outings, or special moments. Our focus is on comfort, modesty, and durability, without compromising on style.
How do I choose the right size?

HayaLoom offers 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-8 years, 9-10 years and 11-12 years. And we recommend checking our Size Chart and comparing it with your child’s current measurements.

How should I wash the clothes?

To maintain the quality and softness of your HayaLoom garments, we recommend the following care instructions:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Do not bleach
  • Dry in shade
  • Iron on low heat

Following these steps will help preserve the fabric and color for longer use.
Do your clothes shrink after washing?

100% pure cotton may experience minimal shrinkage (3-5%) during the first wash, which is normal for natural fibers. To minimize shrinkage:

  • Wash in cold water
  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
  • Remove from dryer while slightly damp

After the first wash, shrinkage stabilizes and garments maintain their size.
What is your return and exchange policy?

Return Window: 2 days from delivery for size exchanges only.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Sale Items: All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate an exchange, email support@hayaloom.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes! We offer a one-time size exchange per item, subject to stock availability.

Exchange requirements:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Exchange request must be made within 2 days of delivery

If your requested size is out of stock, you may:

  • Exchange the item for a different available color

Please note that items showing signs of wear or washing will not be eligible for exchange.
How long does shipping take?


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

India (Domestic):

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other cities: 5-7 business days

International:

  • 7-14 business days (depending on customs)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Free shipping on all orders!
Do you ship across India?

Will designs be restocked?


Some of our designs may be restocked based on demand. However, many of our prints are produced in limited quantities, so popular styles may sell out quickly. We recommend purchasing early to avoid missing out.
